| Official Mad At Sam announcement:
Mad At Sam signs with Malevolence Records and plan to record full-length CD.
Mad At Sam is pleased to announce that they are now working with Malevolence Records to release their next CD (title to be announced). Mad At Sam is due to record a full length album in early 2012, following the 2004 full-length CD "Disorder" and 2008 EP "America For Sale".
"We are pleased to be able to provide a full-length CD to our fans. We want to focus on duplicating our live sound and energy, which we are known for, to this recording. We are very excited and cannot wait to get started into the studio !" Says Mad at Sam.

It was a VERY lonnnggg process from our initial talks to the actual CD in the making to it's completion, but 1 that was VERY well worth the wait !!!
They did a VERY well done / professional job that was beyond my expectation's ...
Don't get me wrong, I knew it was gonna be 1 solid fuckin release from start to finish, but I myself was VERY surprized in what I had also accomplished once I had an actual CD in my hands, & they were as well !!!
It took a good week for it to soak in to realize how phenomal of an outcome it became to be ...
Just wasn't expecting it more or less, just jaded in a way due to ALL the other band's & their releases that I was handling at the same time, clouded, cluster-fucked at times, overwhelmed til ya finally get to see after a VERY lonnnggg wait just how well everything turned out ...
Seeing / hearing was believing & am still quite in awe what I believe is gonna be a masterpiece in due time & it being the actual "official" release debut on my label ...
It's only gonna get better from here on out with 3 other releases scheduled for next month ...

| Yep Nate, I think you got a hell of an album here and it being your first is just fucking amazing. It's strange and cool to talk with you and Hans on the other hand at the same time. One thing before all this was sure for me, both you camps thought it would turn out great but I think it turned out much better. Now it's just up to everybody else wise enough to check it out like I did. Hopefully many more will be blown away.
I just got hooked up after you told me they were Dutch so I'm just damn green with them, in fact this kinda speed/punk/hardcore or whatever genre it is, is not the music I'm into at all. I'm more the classic metal fan that really hasn't picked up any new album since Metallica started to lose it back in 1991 so I kept playing the same shit I have listened to for years. I started to like them stonerrock bands and ofcourse COC and Down but not much more than that. This is really a new experience for me but I find not much trouble to like it. I really like the riffs, the breaks and the sound of Hans' voice. Nick's guitar work is truely sounding like he is a veteran along with Rob tightness making it a real band. After seeing them live, it was clear these guys live for their music and surely know what they want to do with it. This album being their debut is just very awesome and something they can be proud of for sure. The music is tight and you can tell rightaway these guys know their instruments, it's very promising for their future and I'm sure this will do good in the clubs, surely creating moshpits even with a small audience coz it just has that it in. Hopefully many people will pick it up and make it all even greater !
This all is just for me a reminder to keep myself open for new music and not trust my old classics as being the best coz there is new music being made that is also fucking awesome.....I think you deserve credits for that, believing in today's music that made you willing to set up your label with all the cash and time you got needed to being put into it, that's believe man, believing and taking risks. Hail to you, no BS!

| Thanx Vince ... Glad I opened a blind eye to something new to ya & something ya like ... NO, I never had a lack of belief in what I was doing, capable of, my abilities; it was A LOT of "underestimation" on my part ... And for legitamte reason(s) like the World Economy ... And NO, quite honestly I knew I was onto something great with TCF ... There were just A LOT of persoanl things going on in each of our live's during this process, release date's getting pushed up, fucking Holiday's, Pressing Company who made numerous mistakes during the beginning to the end with Production, late on their due date's ... So, add this ALL up, naturally a person's gonna think a bit of the worst with an outcome ... But with ALL the crap back & forth that went on during this period from intitial talks with TCF to what ya have today with their debut CD, for 1, I wouldn't take ANY of it back, because 2, ALL the Riff Raff that went on / ups & downs / back & forth with everything involved, I was proven wrong ... This CD DID NOT come out great, it DID NOT come out excellent, it came out PHENOMINAL !!! My initial being impressed turned into extremely impressed !!! Just took a bit to step back & look at WTF I created ... Part of that was just & am still being busy / slammed & not having the time initially to do that having to be on a constant on top of & with 4 other band's & 1 Manager ... When I fianlly got that chance to come up for air, look & listen to WTF was created, I was blown the FUCK away & it being the 1st "official" release !!! Couldn't of done a better job for someone who really DID NOT have much knowlegde of how to operate a Record Label ... Sure, I had a little insight, but VERY little, & now say with that little knowledge I had & used & TCF's CD came out the way it did, them being probably MORE pleased, happy, impressed with my work, well I know now that I can keep releasing material if not better than the last release, up to par with every release here on out ... And NO, I'm not trying to top this to the next & so on, it's just gonna come naturally by keep doing the same thing I did with their's, just making my next release a bit different here or there ... "I don't want to throw ALL my idea's into 1 release & run out of idea's & things BURN out" ... Well, NOBODY has seen my 2nd release yet, so ... Under wraps for another couple weeks ... But Vince, honestly think ya have a band from your home Country to be extremely proud of & WILL be a force to be reckoned with & A LOT sooner than people think, including them !!! ??? Cool, glad ya are getting to know them / speaking with them ... VERY cools lads ... Speaking of Nick, he's only 19 Vince !!! Think of where he's gonna be 20yrs. from now ??? !!! And VERY true, Rob, Hans are a couple of the most talented musician's I know ... Their FULL talent has just yet to be seen & what they are capable of ... Last month, we teamed up with our friends at Tactical Lighting and Videographer Sergio Collazo at the Temple of Doom in San Lorenzo to shoot our first video. We took a very simple approach to this shoot. Just the band and the stage. Low and behold, it's probably one of the coolest things this band has done. We are super proud of it and there is no better way than this to mark the new beginnings for KAOS. The release will take place on Wednesday February 22, 2012. The"Our Bleeding Sun"in Absentia, was for me one of the best records released in the 2011 in our country. It is an album that sounds really well and with an exquisite elaboration. The months of work have been rewarded with a work that not to collect critical acclaim.
But the band is now with the problem of distribution and present it live. We got in touch with Julián Díaz, guitar and vocals, so tell us as post-edición to "Our Bleeding Sun" is on this stage. This is what gave the interview whether:
It does well little incluíamos "Our Bleeding Sun" in our Top-10 of the year. At the time you interviewed for the radio program and support the release of the album. Also chatted with Ian Alvarez by phone prior to your concert in the Sala Kandela in Oviedo. We are however from a Metalhead diary last Thursday with the surprise that much of the audience did not know even in Absentia, and loved to hear your music and not stopped to ask. And that on this occasion we click a topic on the first disk. Can you tell here as you can do with your discs? If you have already some agreement with someone who goes it to distribute?
Today the discs have for sale almost exclusively on our website. Mainly by that companies do not want wet with new products, and less of these styles of music. At least it is what we have encountered us, that does not mean that it can not be, but we have to live with it. They can also be achieved in some bars in Oviedo. On the other hand we have had the luck to meet Nate, owner of Malevolence Records, which is moving us the drive by some European cities and something by USA. But you could say that it is in a promotional manner. Nothing on a large scale or much less. If anyone wants more info please contact us through merch@absentia.es

Closest to you have been lucky enough to go quite little at the presentation of the disc at the Kandela Oviedo Chamberconcert. When will the rest of mortals chance? Do you go ahead some detail of the tour? We know even dates outside of Spain.
At the moment we have closed recently. So pot soon say that on 6 April we will be playing in Madrid in the semifinals of the WOA Metal Battle Spain. On 5 we will play in Gijón on July 20 in Luarca Metal Fest with Nami (details to be confirmed yet). Between socks have (for now) three dates out of Spain next KaoS band from USA. The dates would be by now 30 June Germany (Tiengen), 6 July in the Netherlands (Tilburg) and July 7 in the MOO Belgium fest (Oostrozebeke). But continue looking at dates, we would like to pinch play at least 3 or 4 days more. There is still much and we are still working on it. For now it is what there is, although in September if not turn the thing, we could have a good concert by Asturian land. But we do not forward events so not to go to hell.
Like a band of Oviedo that hard to find dates in their own home gets to play more than the Pyrenees?
It was really easy for us. Owe it to a good friend, Michelle Murray (who from here send a huge Kiss) that long it comes giving us encouragement and helps in what can be. Helped me with the letters of the disc with translations and other... and moved for us what he could and more contacting Nate owner of Malevolence Records. Emerged the possibility of doing a few dates as a promotion of your company, so we throw head. To see that is the thing. What if it is certain that the experience that we will be worthy of mention. Have no danger of us... lol
We recently published the full poster of Luarca Metal Fest that you formaréis party this year. There you touch among others with Evile. Have you already played with Brainstorm, toured with The Haunted and Forever It Shall Be... At this point in the film with what band would you like to go on tour?
Least with Dream Theater with anyone lol, those are not of this planet. Outside coñas, we do not have many preferences when it comes to play. I think we stuck well with many styles of music to share cartel. Within the metal with bands of almost any kind, I mean. We know what we do and that we can do well so fear none. Logically the greater is the name of the group for us better. I am referring to September.
You've already seen a lot of times live and the other day in the Kandela room seemed like see you nervous that you carried some small mistake. You sentisteis examined by the audience of your city? It is not easy to play for friends when they include some very brilliant musicians, right?. Do it too weighed you with the responsibility of wanting to do better than ever? Or is simply the lack of coupling to long without playing live?
We had long live untouched by recording and other issues. We wanted to do something big that day, but everything was going wrong, we are a little disaster in some ways. Ian and I barely slept the night before working on some videos finally we could not put
in the two huge screens that we had brought for this purpose. There were problems of current testing and so we decided to put it aside. The bolus started it well but the Court of light in the first issues we jodió much. Cut you the roll. From there we were afraid so
say that it happened more times. Sequences that shooting were not as deberían… but these things we learn. The majority of the people is not learned, but if some realize even though they are the least, the truth. To me what really matters to me is that I was what I did
and I was not at the height that you should, that I have it very clear. Try it the worst bolus of our lives and now we are a steamroller live

Man, if this was the worst, I will try not to lose me none. I think that the degree of input in Absentia is sumemente high. You know where you want within your directions, but I do not require both. At least not while having to struggle with small auditoriums.
The other day Ani, came out to sing with you "Inferno" item as it does on the local drive. Do scheduled to accompany you in a concert?
It is difficult, given that we have thought playing little in the area. But we are sure that any other time will be with us. At the moment we have nothing fixed. The truth that was a puntazo who left that people did not expect and was very good. Why we want to thank you for your collaboration.
Nothing else for now. Our intention with these questions was a bit more to become known to the band. Fortunately the diary of a Metalhead audience has grown since those early October when we click the band and you interviewed via telephone and many of those who now are listening to us, did not then. I will continue to support as always. Thanks and a hug.

We are proud to announce the premier of our new video/single "Internal Bleeding".
Last month, we teamed up with our friends at Tactical Lighting and Videographer Sergio Collazo at the Temple of Doom in San Lorenzo to shoot our first video. We took a very simple approach to this shoot. Just the band and the stage. Low and behold, it's probably one of the coolest things this band has done. We are super proud of it and there is no better way than this to mark the new beginnings for KAOS. The release will take place on Wednesday February 22, 2012.
