It browsed the internet for names of products that the spam company sells,
registered as a user wherever it found any, posted the same message everywhere and included the link fitting to the product name found in the topic title in its sig.
That's the best attempt at automatically spamming a message board I've seen so far.

I didn't click the link, and if I had done so, I would have just memorized the company as hateabel.

I think the only exception is Cialis, which simply got generally known as a product through spam exclusively.
